The main printing applications we use are DTG (Direct to Garment) this is where the ink is
applied directly to the garment with our eco-friendly water-based inks and
results in a soft feel print. The other is DTF (Direct to Film) otherwise known
as a transfer. We do also offer vinyl or flock application; this is mainly for
single colour text or simple designs. You can rest assured that we will choose
the best application for your chosen garment and design. Design your garment
with ease using our customiser, simply add text, choose artwork from our own
library or upload your own images to see a live mock-up of your design.
We offer a full range of customisable products such as Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Polo Shirts,
Aprons, Caps, Joggers, Tote Bags and much more all waiting to be personalised
for any occasion - Birthdays, Christmas, Stag/Hen Parties and the list goes on!
Although all of our products can be personalised we do also offer the purchase of blank garments. We offer competitive pricing for all workwear uniforms ensuring your company stays on brand with your custom logo.

If an order is cancelled once placed, T Shirt Printing UK reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking charges and any other expenses incurred from placement of order and the receipt of the cancellation request.
Once your order is processed, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
We currently offer FREE Standard delivery for orders of £150 or more!
Non UK-Mainland & remote areas are exempt from this offer and normal rate apply.
Delivery times are based on no hold ups from the time the order was placed.

Goods on the way!
After dispatch the parcel is with our courier and on its way to your door, we use DPD & Royal Mail for our UK Deliveries. DPD will notify you on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour window slot for delivery, this is great feature to ensure someone is at home to sign for the delivery. Failing that they also offer options via their website to leave items in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can also simply reschedule for another day if that current day isn't ideal.
If you are not in to receive the order and don't have access to a mobile, they will post a card through your letterbox and state they will try again the following day, they will also offer you other options on the card which you may need to access the internet to change.
If they are unable to deliver the goods then they will be returned to us and you will need to pay again to reschedule a new delivery date.
Currently we do not offer worldwide delivery but it is something we are looking into offering to our customers in the near future.
Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction, so if this is the case you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear evidence of the defect.
If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the garment provided we will endeavour to resolve the issue by way of a replacement or full refund.
Faulty goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for investigation.
Please be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods.
