We currently offer FREE delivery for orders £150 or more!

This is based on standard delivery.

Delivery times are based on no hold ups from the time the order was placed.

Delivery Options:

Economy Delivery: £4.99 15-20 Days (Estimated Delivery) 

Standard Delivery: £5.99 10-15 Days (Estimated Delivery)

Non UK-Mainland & remote areas are set at a flat rate as follows:

Standard Delivery: £25  0-5kg 7-10 Days (Estimated Delivery)

Standard Delivery: £30  5-10kg 7-10 Days (Estimated Delivery)

Goods on the way!

After dispatch the parcel is with our courier and on its way to your door, we use DPD & Royal Mail for our UK Deliveries. DPD will notify you on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour window slot for delivery, this is great feature to ensure someone is at home to sign for the delivery. Failing that they also offer options via their website to leave items in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can also simply reschedule for another day if that current day isn't ideal.

If you are not in to receive the order and don't have access to a mobile, they will post a card through your letterbox and state they will try again the following day, they will also offer you other options on the card which you may need to access the internet to change.

If they are unable to deliver the goods then they will be returned to our unit of which you will need to pay again to reschedule a new delivery date.

Worldwide Delivery:

Currently we don't offer worldwide delivery but is something we are looking into offering to our customers.

The Economy dispatch option is estimate to be around 10-15 working days. 

The Standard dispatch option is estimated to be around 7-10 working days, once your garments have completed fulfilment they will be sent out from our premises next working day by our courier.

Our courier tends to deliver between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday but you will be sent a text/email prior to delivery.

The maximum print area is 12" wide by a maximum of 16" high.  Our customiser isn't like other websites, we allow you to place any text or image where you like on the garment where possible. 

We provide a mock up of every garment we have listed that you customise yourself and can preview before you place your order. 

We provide print only services with a minimum order volume of 50 units. However, for quality control reasons, the garments need to be brand new, unused and 100% cotton preferably. We can always check with you about the material to make sure it goes well with the printing technique that suits you best. If you prefer to give us a phone call then one of our advisers can guide you, offer consultation and, ultimately, an immediate quote.

When you place your order please refer to the individual size chart on each product listing due to there being no such thing as a standard size guide as with the many different brands we offer there sizing are different to one another.

You can find a generic size chart on the "Size Chart" tab of each listing to compare to your product size chart.

Yes we supply blank garments for purchase on each listing, just select your size and colour and click "buy blank" this will then add the garment to your cart ready for checkout.

Each product listing has a quantity discount chart.

We know every penny counts when it comes to charity so we are happy to offer a unique discount exclusively for charities to help raise as much money as possible for that charity close to your heart.

We can offer 15% off your entire order if you meet the criteria below:

• The garments are advertising the charity

• The invoice or postal address is addressed to the charity

• The charity number is valid

If you have a fundraising event coming up and you need merchandise to sell, please contact us with your charity number and your requirements to discuss the options available.

Please give details on:

• What you require - eg: 2 image prints 1 text

We don't send you a proof as you are able to preview your design 3 different ways during the order process:

1. When you are on the customiser you are able to click on the "eye" icon at the top right corner. This will bring up a preview box of all sides of your design for you to view.
2. When you have finished designing your garment and click "add to cart" a box will appear with a preview window next to the sizes available for you to view all sides.
3. When you checkout you will see all sides of your design visible in your cart of which you can go back and re-edit your design if required simply by clicking on it.

Following this process will ensure you can be 100% happy with your design & will allow us to get it in the production queue right away with no delays.

Please bare in mind that if your image is of poor quality then the customiser will automatically flag up that it needs to be higher resolution. You can still checkout if the error flag is shown but this is at your own discretion and we cannot except any responsibility for poor prints due to poor quality images uploaded.

The print can only be as good as the image supplied.

Once you use our customiser you will realise that you can view near on exactly what your hoodie will look like as you are able to place the image on to the back of the garment where you like and even partially under the hood and the customiser will show you what this would look like when printed.

If you are unsure and need help, please contact the team.

We recommend that all artwork should be created at 300dpi for best results, if your image is of poor quality the customiser will warn you on screen. If images look blurry or pixelated then the print will certainly come out a lot worse once printed.

We offer many printing techniques depending on what garment you choose or request.Our expert team will decide what technique is best for the garment selected however you may state in your notes prior to checkout if you request a specific print.

Foil transfers

Goods that are not faulty and printed to the customer's specification cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customer's requirements unless the garment is faulty or there is an issue with the design. Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction, so if this is the case you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear evidence of the defect. If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the garment provided we will endeavour to resolve the issue by way of a replacement or full refund. 

Faulty goods should be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for investigation. Please be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods.

You also use our buy blank service as a sample allowing you to purchase garments to check size, colour and quality before you place big orders.  If you are returning a blank item you will need to include the order number in your parcel so we can link this to your previous order for refund. Unfortunately you will be responsible for return postage costs.

Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item.

• First and foremost check to see what delivery terms you are on, ie: 10-15 working days.  This will be stated in your confirmation email and order status page. 

• When you believe your parcel is past the estimated date, sign into your account here - https://tshirtprintinguk.co.uk/account/login

• Once you have logged in you will be able to view your order history.

• Locate your order number & check its fulfilment status. 

• If your item is displayed as fulfilled but you still have not received it, check your dispatch email which will contain a tracking number & link to track your parcel.
