Once your order has been placed your order will be processed, once your order has been processed no more changes can be made to your order from this stage.
99% of the time we have no issues with artwork but if we find that there is an issue with your artwork then you will be alerted by email before your order goes to printing, please ensure you follow all artwork guidelines to avoid any delays in your order being processed.
Once the artwork preparation is complete your order will head to printing.
Your order is now being printed, once your garment has been printed it will be placed into a hold bin until all of your order is complete.
The order is now complete and has been dispatched to your delivered address supplied at checkout, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.
