Our T-shirt printing prices are based on the garment you choose, the number of items you order (with the same printed design) and the number of print applications required (per garment). The more you order with the same design, the greater the discount available on both garments and printing.
Our pricing is designed to be straightforward, with no setup charges for standard orders. You pay for the garment and printing, plus delivery where applicable.

What Is a Print Application?
A print application refers to one printed position on a garment. For example, a T-shirt with a front centre chest print has one print application, while a T-shirt with both a front and back print has two. Additional positions, such as sleeves, count as additional print applications.

Example T-Shirt Printing Prices
Using one of our most popular styles, the Gildan Softstyle T-Shirt (GD01), you can see how our pricing structure translates into the final price shown at checkout.
For 1–2 T-shirts with one print, the total is £19.07 per T-shirt, made up of £9.95 for the print and £9.12 for the full-price garment. For 10–39 T-shirts, the price reduces to £11.70 each, made up of £3.95 for the print and £7.75 for the garment after the 15% quantity discount. For larger orders of 100–249 T-shirts, the price starts from just £9.33 each, made up of £2.95 for the print and £6.38 for the garment after the 30% quantity discount.
Additional print positions are charged accordingly. For example, an order of 100–249 T-shirts would cost £12.28 each for two prints, £15.23 for three prints, or £18.18 for four prints.
How Garment Discounts Work
We offer a wide range of customisable garments, with quantity discounts available when you order multiple items of the same garment. The discount is based on the number of identical garments ordered, so different garment styles or brands cannot be combined to reach a higher discount tier. For example, if you order 20 T-shirts from one brand and 20 T-shirts from another, the quantities are calculated separately, so neither order would qualify for the 40–74 garment discount.
No Setup Charges
There are no setup charges for standard T-shirt printing orders at T Shirt Printing UK. Your price is based on the garment, quantity, number of print applications and delivery where applicable.
